Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class

The Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class publishes legal articles addressing contemporary social justice issues. Articles addressing contemporary civil rights issues or exploring the impact of developing law on issues of race, religion, gender, and class will be given strongest consideration.

While we appreciate student scholarship, our journal policy prohibits the publication of articles by students currently attending other law schools, as we reserve such space in our volumes for our own students’ work.
